Yellow Foglight Bulbs ?

So after about a year or so of having my OEM Raybrig foglighs sit in my closet ive decided to gt off my lazy ass and install them but before i do i want to know what brand of yellow H3's i should go with. PIAA, Hella, Luminics ? i want a nice yellow color no faded looking yellow. Also i want bulbs because i do not want to put yellow film over them. So any suggestions ?

PIAA Ion crystals are what I have.

You can see some green in this pic, they also have a little hint of purple on the ground.
Looks cool when you pull up to a curb.

Those are both bulbs, just got HID fogs yesterday. The fogs are the Ion Crystals, think the headlights are super whites. Turn signals are Sillverstars, didnt like seeing the orange bulb.

out of the 3, I vote PIAA. But, check out Nokya. I was very happy with their H3 (or whatever DA fogs are), very bright, stock wattage, and side by side with my friends DA I liked the yellow better. Before I got HIDs, if I just had my headlights on, then turned on the Nokya fogs, I couldn't even tell that my headlights were on anymore.

ominous those look real good and would go perfect with my hids the only thing that bothers me is that they are not pure yellow. like you said they have different color tint to them as well. Or is the green and purple really noticable ?

I disagree, Nokya bulbs suck. I've had horrible experience with them. I got a box Nokya Arctic Blue bulbs free from the Honda dealer where I worked, and the color looked like those fake ass HID bulbs, they were not ANY brighter than stock bulbs, and one side or the other burned out at least once a week. I would've gone through a box of about 20 within a couple months. But I switched back to Silverstar Ultras..

Green and purple is mostly noticeable when you pull up to a curb or building, I like how it looks. I will see if I can get a pic tonite.

yes their headlight bulbs suck because they are covered with thick blue and all sorts of different coatings, but I was talking about H3 yellow bulbs. you cant do better for $25

The silverstars I had died to damn fast, and I didnt touch the bulb either. After 2 sets, I gave up with them and switched to PIAA.

silverstarts are crap, I put a set of silverstar ultras in my moms car and one is dead. and yes, i know how to change a bulb. although they were pretty bright for a halogen, I got flashed going over a hill once haha.

At least I know it wasnt just my set then, my corners have been running strong for at least 2 years.
