if it cranking (trying to start) i would say check to see if you have spark. no spark. check the ignitor and igntion coil inside the distubutor . if spark is present then. check for the hissing from the fuel pump intilizing. if no noise is present replace the main fuel pump relay. it under the dash faced backwards. lmk how things go.tisguy said:ignition? could be the distributor not sparking the plugs... does the dashboard or anything light up?

Heck yeah. My old 1990 Civic LX had the same problem, the fucker would just randomly not want to start in the warmer months. The heat messes with the resistance inside the relay, common late 80's/early 90's Honda issue.tisguy said:yea that stupid relay pisses the hell out of everyone
