A wire tuck is usually done by you, but im sure if you do some research, you could find a shop to do it for you.... basically it removes/relocates parts from the engine bay to make it look cleaner and less cluttered

Move it somewhere else, sometimes completely take out all together, i know ppl take out power steering, a/c etc....
