wire problems?????`

i just bought a 93 integra. i got the car thinking only the transmission was toast, no biggy, i dont get why all the wires have been rewired but yea, well i started poking around the car and the previous owner put a 94 integra instrument cluster in the car...well tried to start the car and the fuel pump does not kick on, i tested the mail relay and all 3 relays work. when i hook it up to the car and it only clicks twice.well i tested the fuel pump and it works and i tested the wire at the fuse box that goes to the pump. wires not broke. well i thought it went into a fuse but its in a plug, one of my questions are were does the yellow/blk wire go after the fuse box? and my other question is, i was able to start the car wen i hooked power up manually to the pump. now after i took the dash apart and reasembled it it dosent have any spark to the engine. can some 1 plz help im so lost!! all the dash lights work ect i have no idea anymore. i dont see any lights on the ecu to show codes either

its been a while and no replies, were im at now is i bought a oem obd1 dizzy, a oem instrument cluster and dash wire harness. i have a question one is will the car start with out the vss connected? some one put a 98 vtech dizzy on the car. do you think that if i snip and put clips on the stock dizzy or find a wire harness for the engine? ive just been running my self around and around for 2 months now, if any one could help that would be greatly appreciated thanx for reading

Just buy a new engine harness. If it has a '98 distributor- that would mean he converted to OBD2..?
How do you know it's a '98 dizzy?

Yes- the car will start without the VSS connected, you will however get a check engine light telling you that the VSS isn't working.

i figured it out by goin to the parts store and that was the only distributor cap that fit. i have a new question there are wire that go from the ecu to the engine area, there are a bunch of regular wires then there 4 bigger wires that have a wire on the out side of the regular ones, i am wondering if there grounds or something mine are all connected with electrical tape together if any one has any idea, i hope i explained it well enough

i had similar problems bunch of wires just cut and all over the place so i me changing out the entire underdash harness lol

i did replace it, well the one tht goes to the fuse box that ent to the instrument cluster and heater knobs ect, im really lost in this car i had my freinds come by and there tellin me i shld jst buy new car, i dont htonk i should honsetly i had it start when i got it and not i dont have spark i think its gonn be something gay and obvious but im really doen bout this whole project. i dont really know were to go from now, i have power ant the dizzy and no spark

what would the harness be called. i replaced the underdash one that goes from fuse box to instrument clusterand all the knobs. ect what would the other one be that goes under the rubber carpet stuff?
