Wire H3 hids into jdm front end fog light?

Wondering if it was possible to fit an H3 hid into the jdm front end fog light spot.

Well I got my hids in for the fogs, and before I start tearing into the front end, I was wondering if others had done this. In not looking for a write up, just someone to shed some light on it. I've seen one picture online where the jdm front end had hids as the fogs so I know it's possible.
