Wiper Adjustment

Yo!


So the very very very first thing I'm going to do myself to the car (1989 RS) is adjust the driver's side windshield wiper--try to get it to stop slapping the left border of the windshield. Is it really as simple as it looks: just loosen the nut holding it down and move it to where i want it to sit?
