Window motor problem, can anyone help?

So my first window motor was shot, got a second one from a junk yard and it had a terrible squealing noise. Finally broke down and bought a refurb. Now heres my problem, I installed it lubed the motor and all the tracks/weather stripping, but the window goes up extremely slowly and stops half way through sometimes. It also makes a somewhat loud buzzing noise. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Lubricate the rollers and tracks with some silicone grease. I used gun oil, but is very thin and does not last long. Silicone grease will last longer, and lubricate better.

I've lubed everything.
I need to read better. :smackself

Unless that motor is also bad, or something is blocking the tracks/catching the window, not quite sure what the problem could be.

Have you tried taking the door panel off, hooking the switch up, and running the window to see if its binding on anything? There are little pads that the window glides on when it does up and down. You may have a pattern of scratches which are caused by grit getting between the pads and the window.
