Window Molding Help

When i bought the car i noticed that that passenger side rear window and the door looked bend. I think someone tryied to break into the car and had no luck. But how do i fix it???

The rear quater window molding peeling like that is normal. Mine had a little of that too. Now the door, thats a definate break-in attempt. The door frame is most likely bent.

No the door frame isint bent is just that molding. I think i might have to replace it, but i dont want to go to the dealer cuz i know they are going to charge me out the ass. Is there an aftermarket one???

The glass and the molding are all one piece, you can only get a new one from a dealership or junkyard, there's no aftermarket replacement. Their a couple hundred bucks a piece. I looked into getting a new rear driver side section because the last time I had some paint work done, the dumbass who buffed my car messed up the molding with the buffing wheel.

For the rear side window, i was thinkin of getting a towel and get a big ass hammer and try to jam that shyt bak in. Tell me wut u guys think???im not sayin that ima hit that shyt mad hard so they window breaks, Im going to tap it little by little until it goes in

Worth a try?? I really dont know. Mine wasnt that bad nor did it bother me.

are you talking about the moldings around the doors, too? because a couple hundred bucks a piece sounds like a rip to me. lol call me cheap.

both my doors look like that from the last break-in. it fricking SUCKS on rainy days. my windows always fog up.

You should try calling your local Honda dealer, and ordering one from them, ask them for a dealer discount. It just might work..worth a shot right!
