Window loose / Rattles (2nd gen)

My 90's driver side window is really loose.
If I roll it down at all i can grab the top of the window and move it. Moves about half an inch total.
If its rolled all the way down It moves and rattles.

They are manual windows, not power

Not sure if all of that made sense!
Any tips would be appreciated.

There are supposed to plastic "tracks" or "guides" that the window rolls up and down into that keep it sturdy. I would believe that one or more of the "tracks" have broken or fallen off.

The tracks are typically hidden behind the rubber weather seals.

Idk bout it moving but the rattling prob comes from the weather stripping behind the door panel. Use the search button.

there is bolts on the bottom of the window where it sits in the regulator you could be missing holding it in place. if these bolts are loose or missing it will cause the window to rattle and even possibly fall down on one end. this could be your problem. or as stated above could be the track is messed up. just take the door panel off and see.
