it looks like it would, if not you can swap out the piece where the boot goes. you do see where someone drilled a hole in it.

o shit, why is there a hole there? wtf, well my clips broke under it so the shift boot falls off. Damn I need a good clean one.

it looks like a alarm led was there. mine broke too, i used a piece of metal and drilled a hole in one end and used the screw under there to hold it up
