Will this ecu work?

Here i am again, oh boy. found out more bs. so im down to this. im going to make a block off plate for the EGR. since they were on auto only anyways, and i have the auto ecu, that would be why its looking for EGR. so i guess im just gonna get a manual ls ecu so it wont even look for the egr, which will clearly get rid of the CEL. so my question is, will this ecu work for my application? 90-91 b18a1. heres the link....

he said its obd1, but i emailed him..then he called me and i happened to be out of town. i told him i would call him when i got back in town... then he kept blowing my phone up, kind of annoying so forget that. About to post a thread in the wtb for a pr4 lol.
