Will JDM Climate Control/Shift console fit USDM?

Hey guys I was curious, will the JDM climate control unit as well as the shift bezel with console fit a USDM interior/dash?

I know for a fact the JDM shift bezel wont fit. The RHD wont fit on USDM.

the climate control fits but requires the jdm harness. As Jayros said, the console will not because it is made for RHD cars.
