Will 98 fenders fit a 94?

Well this asshole fucked up my teg fenders, so i wanted to know if 98+ fenders will fit my 94 integra or do i need to change the bumper also?? ill post up pics later!

Are you asking about USDM fenders or JDM fenders? Cuz it looks like from your sig you don't have a USDM front end.

Correct. The only difference is the headlights, bumper lights, and of course the bumper. The hood and fenders are interchangable.
