wierd noise in wet weather

i have an 02 rsx type s and everytime its wet outside the exhaust(intermittently) will get this really deep wierd tone and starts rattling. it doesnt do this in dry weather only wet. it kinda sounds as if the cars running on 3 cylinders but its only when its wet will it do it sometimes.

has anyone had this issue or resolved an issue like this??

my 2006 goes thru the very same problem i have my warranty still but it was dry when i took it to the dealer and at the time i hadnt realized that its was only happening when wet
