Wierd Humming Noise *Video Inside*

I guess I can let you all in on the sound my car is making...any guesses as to what it is?

Information:
-Throwing bad O2 sensor code
-Cold Air Intake (No way it can be that loud)
-Unbolted Catback

almost sounds like some sort of motor is running.. (electrical. lol)

do you know about where the sound if coming from?

the sound is coming from the intake side...its gotta be the intake so i plan to buy a stock one jus to hear the difference...im getting used to the sound however and people ask me about it all the time...they think its got a swap LMAO
