Why doesn't my banner show ?

Putting the DA in panDA
as the title says i was wondering if anybody can tell me why it is that my banner wont show when i leave a comment if anybody knows then the info would be helpful

RS owner
throw your banner on an image host (photobucket.com) and copy the 'img' tag onto your sig in the user cp area
