itll lose hp without the vtec but itll take a bigger beating im sure which means more psi, (correct me if im wrong somebody)

you're not really losing horsepower......think about it....if you got a JDM GSR motor vs a LS, you're already underpowered from the start. That power difference stays relative with modification. and on the flip side.....you can build a LS motor to high the same cam profile as one of the VTEC engines when VTEC is engaged and run a turbo set-up.

cheesefrog's LS turbo EK hatch ran side by side with a Viper............................thats enough proof for me :)

LS is capable of more boost then vtec's, because of the low compression but if the vtec motor is equip with low comm piston then thats a different story!!

There is one on ebay, I heard they work good around 6 psi. But I personally have never used it.

the GREddy blue box aint worth shit unless you're running it according to GReddy's suggestions at 6-8psi. you start going above that and playin' with the fuel maps, your set-up is gonna run like ass-crack

Like Child said. The blue box is used for the Greddy kit not much else. Get Hondata or any other ECU modification to tune your car.
