I'm looking for the owner of the 89 Integra with plates that read MUGENSS in Bay Area.
Is he on here or does anybody know who he is?
I'm trying to get in contact with him to ask a question.

That's all the info I have.I've never seen the car and have no idea what it looks like.
The reason I need to get a hold of him is I want to make him an offer to buy those plates for my full MugenSS S2000
I tried to get info from the DMV like the guy in the GOne in 60 Seconds movie buy they don't really release information like in the movie :lol:
I know the plate is still registered to him through DMV and I know it's an 89 Integra becasue I looked it up in the California BAR website by typing in MUGENSS

With a plate like that registered for that many years I figured he's a Gen1 Integra enthusiast that people would know of.
That's all the info I have.
If anyone has any info they can give on this car or it's owner it would greatly appreciated.
