Whistling intake info?

hey you guys i was wondering how to make your intake or filter whistle or something like that?
all i know is that my friends car whistles
will it whistle if you have a stock intake with a filter on it?

why do you want it to whistle...

your just sucking in air thats not being filtered

most of the time its the clamp on the t/b isnt tight

loosen the clamp that holds the filter to the pipe, or the pipe to the throttle body. But really. dont do that. Whitstleing isnt good. I dont think it sounds cool either, its a leak that you dont want.

probably just a small hole in your intake he means. the hole is a leak causing a low whistling noise
