Which injectors for boost?

So i am almost done buying my parts for my small turbo project. I just need to buy my injectors and fuel pump. What injectors should I get? Whats the difference between saturated and peak and hold. What would work with my b18b1 thats getting boosted with a t3/t4 turbo tuned on hondata s100 and looking to get 230-250 hp?

how much you wanna spend? get some RC injectors if you got the money. if not you can get some injectors off a dsm for cheap but you will also need a resistor box. i dont really wanna get into how the 2 injectors work, but your car uses saturated so if you want plug and play then you need those. if you get peak & hold injectors then you will need to wire up a resistor box.
