which gen is better g2 or g3

The G3 is better in pretty much every catagory. The closest catagory between the two is probably power and acceleration, but the G3 handles far better than the G2. And of course, the interior and exterior styling is way more updated in the G3. But if you like the G2 body style better, go for it, you'll probably be upgrading the suspension anyway, right? 
4 grand won't get you a whole lot of G3, probably the newest you'll get a hold of is a 95 with well over 100K miles.
btw, all g2 Integra's have automatic seat belts, you know, the thing that goes back and forth along the upper door frame. I don't know about you, but my old 1990 Civic had one of those and it irritated the hell out of me. Having that thing clacking away near your ear was freakin annoying, and I'd occasionally whack my head on it, too. That hurt. :evil:

hello, Nice to have another member,, where you hear about us from??? listen I g2 are nice i like tham alot but I had a g3 a 94 with $4g you can find a nice 3g teg, there out there lots of them too,, 3gens are the best hands down, handleing and engine, and there are many upgrades, I would go 3gen, better for the money, I got my 94 and it had about 80XXX miles on it and that was about two years ago, so trust me there are a lot of nice tegs out there for under $4g's

im new also but personally ive got friends with g3's and i got 2 g2's i can out handle them and burn them off the line like there is no tomarrow when it was stock or dropping money in it get a g2 intake exaust and free flow cat, short throw, and some nice cams ull own some gsr's without u having vtec the ls b18a1 i feel has a better bottomend but get ready to get ur ass handed to u top end without some cams less they cant drive and of course i have 17X8's and lowered and my friend got some rota slipstreams 15's so maybe thats y with the handling more rubber but i'd go with the g2 i hate the usdm front ends less u got $$$$$$ for the jdm itr front end conversion and i believe the g2 is a little wider wheel base but i could be wrong

ya i would go with the 2gen its lighter and if u get the v tech in it u should beat almost any g3 but i would also plan on getting the b18c1 u might beable to find a block in a junk yard im trying to fix up my 91 teg its automatic tho and i plan on running nitrous but as of this point my 98 will eat it alive.
