Where to buy a spanner wrench online cheap?

So I just bought some used tokico blue gas struts with skunk2 adjustable coilovers and the dude I bought em from didn't have the wrench to adjust them. He said he could look for it but I still have to drive an hour out to get it. Where could I buy one online prettty cheap and do I have to use the original one by skunk2 or will other ones fit. The cheapest I found was like 5 bucks but then it had 15 dollar shipping. If I have to pay that I will but it seems overpriced bigtime.

Bring the suspension piece to home depot/lowes and test fit.
