When i give it gas, car hesitates really bad...

I have had the motor rebuilt, brand new distributor, brand new tank, brand new fuel pump, brand new fuel level senging unit, brand new plugs, new wires...so, now what? I have done almost everything i can think of to fix this problem...i would appreciate any help i could get from you guys...

I had the same thing happen with my last GSR, and I have dealt with a few cars with this type of problem in the past. I would check to make sure the converter isn't clogged up at all, and it if is not, then its probably the ignition coil or ignitor. I would try the coil first, that was what it was on my GSR

like it struggles to accelerate? mine does that aswell. friends tell me its cus its AT.

I just put a brand new fuel filter on it, it is a Standard Transmission...it idles fine for the most part, but sometimes it sounds like it kind of sputters. Or to me it sounds like it maight not be getting quite the amount of fuel that it needs. But, it is really a PAIN in my rear...and would really like to get it right. When i go to take off from a light, or stop sign it sometimes just don't act like it wants to go anywhere.

I actually had a somewhat similar problem... My fog lights were shorting out somewhere causing the car to hesitate for a split second while accelerating...

Its not a fuel filter, in 6 years working on just hondas/acuras I have never seen a fuel filter cause any issues

I had the same problem with my gsr it turned out that my timing was off one tooth and it caused the car to have very poor acceleration not saying that its deff that but i would look into it cuz i changed everything you changed to and it ended up being timing
