when i tryed to start my car it doesnt even turn over. but my batteries good and i hooked up a jumper wires and it was fine

Tighten down your terminals, sounds simple, but that's what mine did too, tightened them down one day, all good now

You're batteries are weak, it's time to replace them.

where are you located at cause it could be that your battery does not have enough cca thats why your car wont start in cold weather so get a battery with a high cca hope that little info helps

try cleaning up your ground with a wire brush an some degreaser that might help
