What's this header for? Any ideas?

ok so long story short, bought a header off craigslist for $50, told it "may" fit b series, tried it on my spare head, doesnt match up quite right, could work, but id have to widen the holes. I dont care too much so im just trying to figure out what its to so i can resell it. Took some pics here, see if any of you guys can tell me what this thing is to. i had an idea of it being to a h22 accord mid 90's because of the bracket at the bottom, but it may be too short..

Without even looking at the pics, I'm gunna guess that it goes to a dohc d-series from a g1 teggy. Had this happen to me when I bought an 'eBay' header online. They shipped me the g1 header instead of the g2/3 header, twice. Sell it to a d series owner and call it a day.
