Hey guys,
I wanna turbo my car,

i just got a teg and the first thing i wanna do is turbo, i dont wanna B16 or B18 her!

shes a JDM Honda Integra 1998 DC1 with a ZC sohc non-vtec 1.6litre engine...shes completely stock...

I heard these motor are to soft to mod, is this true?
I google these car and they come 110 - 120 bhp factory.....

Let me know if i turbo this car how much bhp will i gain!
Is this adviseable to turbo the DC1

Has any1 ever turbo these cars on this site?

I'm from Ireland, Dublin.... so parts are pretty expensive to import!

I thought the ZC was a dohc motor? Wasn't it in the JDM CRX Si-r?

My friends civic is pushing 207.9 hp 174.5 ft lbs on 10 psi with an edelbrock kit on his 99 EX. It's fun, tranny will die though.

PS, does anybody wanna send be a dohc engine for free?

In ireland the price of a B18c is over 3000 euros thats around 2500 dollars!

and a turbo kit for a bseries is 3750 euros including professional fit!

You americans are lucky with all your honda needs and specialists!!!

Ok so are all the tards done posting a bunch of shit they know nothing about.

You have a d16 basically, it's not the zc that most secluded Americans are used to so excuse the rudeness. On the stock motor you can get away with boosting around 6-7 pounds. There is nothing wrong with sohc or non-vtec motors. The only weak point of that motor is the rods. Even without upgrading them and the pistons you can still easily squeeze 220+ out of the motor with enough torque to run the b series into the ground.
