whats the best recommended way to set up an LS/VTEC??

i wanna make my integra LS/VTEC but i dont know whether i should throw a b16 head or a GSR head....type r is kinda outta da question to much money lol

eagle rods , new apr bolts and a conversion kit.............i heard the b16 head has lower compression then the gsr if u plan on goin boost that will be better other then that i dont think itll make a noticible differance
