whats next to buy??

SupZ...im looking for some more power...i havn't bought anything for my car in a while....i already have Short ram, cat back, 4-2-1 headers with a racing cat., shits breathe preety fine..im wondering if i should go turbo, stage 2 clutch, or vtec?.or is there any other suggestions??

Those mods are kinda far off from each other. When you say vtec, you talking about a engine swap or LS Vtec? Is your clutch bad? is your motor well enough to go turbo?

Yea, I was thinking that Cams and Gears would be good. My old teg (RIP) had Skunk2 cams and gears, they rocked. :mrgreen:

how much rougher did your teg idle with those cams? was it noticable at all??? thats the only thing that bugs me about getting cams i dont wanna be stuck with an annoying rough idle just so i get a bit more umph in the top end

but anyways i say build up your engine a little more. once you do that then you can boost (safely). keeping it at 5 or 6 psi on a stock engine just barely seems worth boosting... or you can even get some happy juice then if thats your thing.

if you do cams and you want to go all motor go toda sure they are a little price... but your gettin some of the best shit around and yea your gonna need springs and retainers and a good tune as well as a Intake manifold and throttle body then you would see some nice numbers

I'm with these guys. I'd build the engine up a little bit. Upgrade your valvetrain, cams. I take it you have an LS because you suggested VTEC. You can build a pretty nasty B18B1.

Thats what i'm doing...up untill like 1 week ago i was doing a g2 swap but i just picked up a 2000 LS...I'm doin I/E/H/C intake manny, throttle body, stg2 clutch and flywheel, Camgears and camshafts, retainers and vavlesprings...WOOOOOOOT :twisted: shits gona be sick

But the motor only has 59,000miles on it so i dont want to do any heavy mods just yet becuz i want it to last...Will any of these mods listed affect a daily driver??
