all motor section idk civic and integra are basicaly the same thing

well i posted it in the motor section, it got ignored. I just having problem with it having low idle and blowing 1,2,4 misfire codes. His friend did his timing belt and so on except for dizzy cap and rotor. It idle really low and the misfire codes

did he hook the spark plug wires up the correct order?
