What to look for in a DA?

I am looking for a 2nd gen Integra (DA) and I was wondering if there is anything I should look for. Are there any "must have" features, common problems, or buying tips you can offer me? I used to have a b16 Civic (ED) and I am looking for something a touch more civil. Thanks all!

Same as any car...clean title, not modded, taken care of, maintenance records, etc.

The G2's leak on the passenger side a lot.

NO quarterpanel and frame damage.!! i dont really care if its clean title or salvage. thats just my opinion.

Make sure there is no water in the trunk too, tail light gaskets go bad. Check the trailing arm bushings for cracks, along with a lot of the other bushings. These cars are getting pretty old now, so a lot of that little stuff will need to be replaced.

x2 on the radiator, it was the first thing I had to do on mine before I could even drive it.

I'm sick of old cars. I just had to solder up 5 new sensors today because my wiring harness is falling apart.

my passenger floor gets wet when it's out in the rain. how should i go about fixing that? and how serious of a problem is it?
