What to do with my 91 LS

Hi everybody, I've been driving a 1991 Integra LS manual for about 7 years now, but unfortunately I have to say goodbye to her.

The winter here in Connecticut has not been kind to my car, the body rusted from the passenger side backseat half way across the car and a crack formed. I was told by Midas that she is not long for this world and is not really safe to drive (although she drives just fine still).

I love this car so much, and don't really want to just give her to a junk yard so I came here for advice.
First of all, is it still worth anything?(No major mechanical problems except the radio is out and the front drivers seatbelt does not work)
Secondly, what is my best option? I've been told that parting out the car is the most effective way to make a buck, but there's no way I can do that myself and I didn't think anyone would do it for me. Or should I look to sell her to someone and just get what I can?

Just looking to be pointed in the right direction because the car is still drives like it always has but it not safe because of the body rust.

Thanks all.

Edit: Ok here are pictures of the rust.

The first is the passenger side and the second and third are pictures right under the backseat passenger side. The rust crack goes about a third of the way to the middle of the car.

I will be able to upload pics once I find my camera, but just to be clear I do indeed plan on getting another car. I was just wondering what the easiest option would be once I find something else. I have no intention of putting more money into the car, just didn't know if the parts could get me some money for a down payment. If my best bet is to try to sell her as is because I can't part out by myself I'll give it a shot and see if someone wants her rather than giving her to a junkyard.

Ok added pics to the original post. So yea it's rusting bad on the edge of the passenger side, from the leftmost rust you can see on the first picture to about the miiddle of the car there is rust underneath (2nd and 3rd pics).

Should I just sell it to one of those junk services for a couple hundred or is that not the best option?
