What size Torsion Bar do I need?

I have an 89' Acura Integra LS and i want to lower it. I already read up on how to do it and what i need but i also read that the stock Torsion Bar won't ride smoothly if i adjust the height with it. I searched for different torsion bars and they had a 24mm and a 27.5mm. Is the a different performance between them? and which is my best bet to get a smooth drive with the car lowered?

There are almost no aftermarket parts left for first Gen Integra's. And the ones that are cost you everything shirt of your first born child....
