I just got my Teg, and I have $800 to spend. What should I do/invest my money into? I wanna get the most for the money I have on hand. I know for a fact that I'm buying a new valve cover and gasket set due to a small leak. Also I wanna fix the little bit of rust on both of the rear wheel wells. Especially since my bumper is hanging a little bit due to the fact that the hole where the bumper snapped in has rusted off completely. Other than that what should I buy first?

I say start with your suspension first. That's how I started.

P.S. I was just wondering about your username. Drifter? Do you drift? With what car?

My other ride is a Ruckus
suspension then a real close second, get the rust fixed.

As everyone else has suggested, lowering the car would be the first thing on my list. If you have the extra cash get some wheels, if not exhaust or cheap SRI or CAI.

Since you just got your teg, I'd say invest that money on a good tune-up.. change fluids, timing belt, spark plugs, leaks, noises.. just bring the car to a nice shape, then start modding away!

lol, no I do not drift. I wish I did, but I'm only 18 and can't afford the cost that would be needed to drift a car. I'm just a huge fan of the drifting scene. I love it so much.

Ok, so if I do ago with suspension, I don't have the kind of money to get real technical. I'm probably only willing to spend $500 on suspension at the moment. Is that possible?

Get some Ground Controls and you'll be set for a little while.

Then buy some wheels. (BUY MINE!!!)

yeah, i would save it for three or four months till you know nothings going to spontaniously break on you. i got my teg and ghad it serviced, they found leaks everywhere and two bad CV shafts. after youre confident its a sound machine, go suspension, exhaust, intake. after that, skys the limit. depends where you want your car to go.

Save up $200 more than get the TEIN Basic Damper.
