i was looking at turbo manifolds and i came across this... what is it? is it so we can put a turbo on the stock manifold?

That does exactly what it says. It's an adapter. It will adapt a T3 turbo to a T25 flanged manifold.

no thats a flange adapter, you still need a turbo manifold
