what is this sound?

Ok , so I accelerate from stop in my 1990 integra gs only mod is cold air intake and 17" motegie rims,
I then hear a sound that sounds like a scrapping/drgging on the ground sound and then it picks up and contiues as I go through the gears 1st-5th the sound accelerats as I accelorates but is quiter as I drive and worse off a start?
It doesn't do it in neutral while rolling only in gear
My lugs are tight

What is this sound?

Could be your brake wear idicators, a bad wheel bearing, a bent dust shield rubbing...tons of things. It's nearly impossible to diagnose a car over the internet with such limited info. Could you describe it better, do some diagnosis yourself to pin point when the noise occurs, etc?
We will be able to help much more with more info.

Have you gotten up underneath the car to see if anything is loose?
Check for a loose heat shield.
