What is the purpose of this?

Sorry that its angled but what is this? There's another pair like this that bolts onto the engine bay underneath the coolant catch reservoir. Does anyone know the purpose of this? Thank you. This is on my 1996 Integra gsr

Well one is for the A/C compressor I guess since you don't have a/c, and not the compressor you can rip that out.

The other being for the fan..well I wouldn't tear that out. Im sure there is a way to relocate it, but as it is it's pretty hidden. Hell it took me 2 day to find them on my gs-r (no laughing)

Ok so I guess the one that bolts onto the radiator support is for the a/c etc. and the one closet to the passenger headlight is for that fan.
