What is the piece above the bumper called?

Never knew what to call that piece either. Heard alot of names for it. But yea should be easy to get. And its a small piece to paint so that shouldnt cost too much.

I was going to, but I was trying to look for the technical name for that part. I'm at work and I got slammed. Sorry. Wasn't trying to be dick, importknight. 8)

i think its called a finsihing piece or something like that i cant exactly remember i picked one up last summer but i forgot what its called.

i took that piece off in the junkyard to get the 98 bumper. lol i kinda bent the heck out of it though because it was jammed after i took out all the bolts.
