What is The Best Motor Oil and Oil Filter?

I got a 96 Integra GSR(DC2) and i was wondering what is the best motor oil and oil filter? Cause I usually use Royal Purple. And I was wondering about ENEOS, or Mobil were better than Royal Purple. Plus I heard that the S2000 Oil Filter was really good for the car, if it is whats the part #.

Plus there are so many different types/brands of oil that all claim different advantages so asking a question like that you're just going to get a million different answers.
