what is going on with my teggy

so bought a 98 gsr i start it it runs perfect but when i give has it wants to shut off its like something is cloging the air also when i give gas some kind of relay starts clicking when it wants to die.. so i bought new tps sensor not iy.. than i got a new map sensor also not it.. i did get a used o2 sensor the first one but it doesent seem to be that... can some one tel me what the problem might be

No turbo, no problem.
it might be a clogged cat or problems with the exhaust. try unbolting your cat and test drive it. as for the relay, if your relay box is inside the car and in a spot this is possible, try having someone touch the relays and find which one is clicking. if its not in a good spot, or its under the hood, go to napa, and find what relay is most common in your vehicle and get a new one. start replacing your current relays with that one and if th click goes away, you found the problem. the main point is try to eliminate as much as possible from the car before taking it to a shop, cause thats just what theyre going to do. if you think its the fuel pump, try turning the key to acc and listen to the rear of your car. the pup should run for 3-5 sec. and then turn off. if you hear any grinding noises, it might be the pump.

i already disconected the cat from the headers.. but that aint it now im gonna go to the junk yard and get the relay
