What is a turbo timer?

plain and simple what is it, similar to a boost controller?

it allows ur car to idle a a low rpm and keeps the engine on for awhile without u having to be in the car, to cool ur turbo

it cools down the turbo by letting the car idle for a set time without the keys in so the turbo doesn't sit there and cook the oil in there and potentially mess up the bearings in the center housing. the car will die if you open the door or let the ebrake down. that way when your car is sitting there idling nobody can just walk up and take it
