Im not sure, but it can't improve mileage that much.

it did say it dropped his gas bill by like 15- 20 bucks so who knows

I wish it would have gaven mileage numbers. Just because then I could tell if it was an actual change or if it was a change in his habits. Who knows. I just filled up and am driving for school this week so I'll let you guys know if its worth it. Does anyone know what hose I'm actually flipping and what its for?

I'm not what its for, but I snapped a pic. I will be taking mine out, along with the dashpot.

I see. Okay i get it. It really doesn't do anything for air flow, its more so when you let off the throttle it eases the throttle body plate back into spot instead of just droping it (like mine does now.) I think the only advantage to it is that it won't stay in high RPMs as long because nothing is restricting the plate from falling. Not a huge gas mileage increase, but i could see about 1 or 2 miles better for in city driving.

Sad, Kinda dissappointing if you ask me...
