Weird sound from wheel

I have this sound coming from the driver side front. But it kinda sounds like it's inside the car but I can't tell. It only does it maybe above 25mph it's not to loud and doesn't sound like a wheel bearing. If you took two pieces of paper together and just kept on rubbing it together that's what it sounds like. And when it does make that noise sometimes it will cut in and out

A warped brake rotor. Often, calipers become messed up and apply more pressure on the one pad than the other, and the rotor eventually warps. Happened to mine and I had a similar sound. Ended up needing to replace the calipers, rotors and pads, but it's not that bad. Sounded like a swooshing noise, and almost a scraping noise around sharp corners.

Thats what i would've thought and said. i would say warped rotors as well.
