Im new here and my name is Stephen, so first its a pleasure to meet all that I will meet on here.

Ok now with my problem. My Integra will run pretty well with a full tank of gas, but when it gets to around 1/2 it dies everytime I stop. It cranks right back up and will stay running until the next time I stop. When I get to about 3/8 of a tank, the car will crank, run and drive for a few feet and die. If I let it run while the gas is that low, it idles fine..

It also has a rough idle most of the time, but sometimes it idles normally. pretty strange.

Lastly, my transmission shift points (auto) are aliitle screwy, but it shifts fine. In forth gear in running about 3000 rpm@ 70 mph.

All of this leads me to believe there is a vacuum problem or a sensor(s) is out.

I got the car for a good price, so I want to fix this stuff so I can really start building the toy. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried checking the problem on your ecu? There's a thread somewhere here with the codes

have you checked to see if your fuel gauge on the dash reads correctly?? if there is too much resistance in the line then it could be giving you an improper reading which would mess with you idling, the sensor in you gas tank runs off voltage, the more gas you have in your tank the more voltage it sends to your ECU thus giving you your gas tank level reading so if the resistance is too high it could be saying you have fuel when your actually don't or vice versa it could show low fuel when its practically full. :twocents:
