water in the CAI

ok so we had a storm and both sides of my street were flooded. i had to be somewhere. so i rolled threw on of the puddles. i have a AEM cold air on my car. now when im driving and it gets up to high rpms itll bog a little then clear up. only on 2nd and 3rd gear though. whats going on? what should i do to get it taken care of? should i just run it til it stops?

Running it until it stops is not a good idea.

If you're able you can take the head off and dry the parts off.

Have you took your spark plugs out and see if you got water in your cylinders? Had a buddy do the same thing and found 2 cylinders full of water. try that out

take the spark plugs out and crank it over. it will spew any water in your cylinders out

+1 do it one by one make sure all the water is out if need be taje the plugs out and with an extension take a teri cloth into the cylinders n dry it up n i would probably rpelace the spark plugs after its all said and done
