Want to clean VTEC solenoid

I VTAK'd on U!!!
I am goin to clean my VTEC Solonoid and I was wondering if any of you guys have done it, and if you have what to look out for when I clean it so I wont mess anything up, Thanks!:)

I'd use some carb. Cleaner shake it up and let it dry before you re install it. But that's bout all the cleanin you can do 2 it
