I want a motor that produces power from around 3300 to 3ound 8800 then get a turbo that will go perfectly with it. I keep looking at all the ones that r turbo but run out at 7000 I want to go further and hopefully it wuill work the way I want. Haven't seen any other threads with the exact answers so

JG dynamics did a non-turbo build up to 253 HP and it produced its power at 9,300 rpm.

find the company and try to con tact them about it. the reason i mention them is because they did it on a bore limit and a budget for a competition and they had the cheapest build with only 20-30 less HP than the rest of the compitition.
