vtec conversion

hello! im new to this whole forum thing so idk if im doing this right lol... i have a 96 Ls engine n want to run it on vtec...a lot of ppl r telling me to get a b16 head n others tell me to get a gsr head n i wanted to know which would b beta? any suggestions?

First off welcome... second, for your "convertion" a b16 head will flow better, so a lot off people opt to go that route. now go towards the top of the page and use the search button. seach ls/vtec we have tons of into on here about it already. oh yeah... "convertion"=conversion
