VIS Racing, yes or no?

Looking into buying and OEM style carbon fiber hood. I've found one on Craiglist, VIS racing. Wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this brand name? If so, good or bad reviews?

VIS is a very popular carbon fiber company. My friend has a vented VIS hood on his S2K and it's really nice.
