viper/dei alarm help

hey guys i need help with my alarm
my remote died on me and i changed the battires. but now my car's not responding at all to the remote. i know hte remote's working becuase the light's on teh remote flash when i press it. does anybody with a viper alarm know what's goin on?

might have the brain of the alarm checked out, or maybe u have to reprogram your remote. did u buy it from a shop? u can always take it back and have them check it out. i neva had a problem like that before. but its best to just get a professional's opinion then try and figure it out urself

GO TO ANY VIPER DEALER YOU HAVE A LIFE TIME SUPPORT AND Warranty ON IT ..MAY BE THEY JUST NEED TO REPROGRAM YOUR REMOTE TO YOUR CAR ... I THINK ITS SOME THING LIKE TURN YOUR KEY 3 TIMES BUT DONT START THE CAR AND PUSH THE VALET BUTTON ( THATS THE HIDDEN BUTTON IN YOUR CAR THEY PUT SO YOU CAN PROGRAM YOUR ALARM OR BUYPASS IT IF YOU DONT HAVE THE KEY) BUT YOU BETTER OFF CHECK WITH A VIPER DEALER .. I FORGOT THE PROCESS BUT IAM SHORE ITS SOMETHIGN LIKE THAT ..
