Vibration after new clutch

I have a 92 LS stock. I replaced the clutch with Exedy Master Pro Pak OEM clutch. I noticed there was a vibration I didn't have before. The flywheel was turned down, no problem there. I replaced the motor mounts a few months prior to replacing the clutch, so it's not the mounts. I did how ever replace ALL my bushings with a poly kit. I can't imagine that making it vibrate. The clutch went in with no problems. It vibrates at idle but it seems fine when you drive it. Bad clutch, small vacuum leak, ecu...?

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

when does it vibrate? idle or while shifting?

It vibrates when it's idle. It shifts and drives ok.

it may be the urathane mounts, thats one of the side effects

The motor mounts are OEM and it didn't vibrate before the clutch swap. I wouldn't think replacing the small bushings anywhere else would make a difference. Has anyone else experience this?
